The San Francisco Divorce Group

The San Francisco Divorce Group offers a 10-week transformational support group for men and women who desire to successfully navigate the end of an intimate relationship.

The group consists of up to 20 participants of diverse backgrounds and experience who hold a common intention to Heal, Grow, and Recreate their lives.

Each 10-week group serves as an effective resource of support, education, and healing that honors the depth and breadth of life. The program offers an integrated approach that promotes healing, growth and transformation at the level of body, mind, and spirit.

The SFDG Year-Long Cycle

You may find that the process of healing and recreation that occurs at the end of an intimate relationship is complex and can take some time to complete.

At SFDG we offer four 10-week groups each year corresponding to the seasons. These four groups comprise the SFDG Year-Long Cycle. The cycle offers a unique opportunity to deeply integrate your healing experience, to draw continuous ongoing support, and to enjoy greater resources as you recreate your life.

As a participant you are invited and encouraged to enroll in the Year-Long Cycle or to participate in as many 10-week groups as you choose.

In addition to the 10-week SFDG group and the SFDG Year-Long Cycle, Jeff and Sara also offer a broad range of counseling services to individual adults and couples:
